Ahead of Pokémon Go Fest Global 2025, a small number of free Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy will be distributed via codes.
Codes will be unveiled daily from June 25–28, following the pattern of past energy-based events, provided the Pokémon Go YouTube channel receives at least 2,000 new subscribers each day.
Redeeming these will give you an advantage before Go Fest Global starts, since this energy transforms Zacian and Zamazenta into their potent Crowned forms. The codes are listed below.
Free Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy codes
The codes, as well as built-in links to redeem them, are as follows:
- Day 1: WTQHZUTXMJY2U (50 Crowned Sword Energy)

Claim them sooner than later, as there’s no given expiration date for these.
How to get Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy in Pokémon Go
As of June 2025 (when Go Fest takes place), there are a few ways to get Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy:
- Use the promotional codes above.
- Raid Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta during Go Fest weekend (June 28-29) to get their respective energy.
- Complete the branching path Special Research for Sword or Shield, which will be available starting at 10 a.m. on June 28 for Go Fest ticket holders. This gives out 1,000 energy for the Legendary of your choice.
