Pixel 10
  • A flurry of new Pixel 10 leaks have arrived
  • We’ve got benchmarks, pricing, and accessories
  • There might be some ‘surprises’ too

We’ll be able to move from speculations and leaks about the Google Pixel 10 to real data about these phones in about a day. Scroll down to see how and when to watch tomorrow’s Made by Google event. In the meanwhile, there have been a lot of last-minute leaks to pique our interest.

A new ‘Pixelsnap’ charging stand for wireless charging and an updated 67W charging brick for the Pixel 10 phones are mentioned in merchant listings, according to Android Authority.

The last time Google introduced a wireless charging station for its Pixels was in 2021, so this is a pleasant update. Magnet-embedded official cases have also been observed, albeit they appear to be a little more expensive than previously.

Then, as with a number of other leaks, Android Headlines has pricing information for Europe and Mexico. The prices of these new phones appear to be comparable to those of their Google Pixel 9 counterparts, which means that the standard Pixel 9 will start at $799 / £799 / AU$1,349 and go up from there.

Secrets in store… maybe

TV’s Jimmy Fallon will host the launch event tomorrow, as we already know from the official teasers Google has posted. In a recently released trailer, Fallon encourages viewers to tune in for many product releases, some of which are reportedly “secret.”

The aforementioned teasers have hinted at the arrival of four Google Pixel 10 phones, the Pixel Watch 4, and the Pixel Buds 2a. We’ll have to wait and see if these are the “secret” gadgets Fallon is talking about or if more are coming.

Finally, according to Notebookcheck, additional benchmarks for the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL have surfaced online. Performance doesn’t appear to be at the highest level, as with other benchmarks we’ve seen, but it’s never a good idea to place too much faith in these preliminary figures.

Naturally, you can follow along online and we’ll be providing you with all the news as they happen tomorrow. Everything starts at 10 a.m. PT, 1 a.m. ET, and 6 p.m. BST, or 3 a.m. AEST on August 21 in Australia.
